The charity of former Melbourne power couple Cate Sayers and Luke Sayers – who was ousted as Carlton president over a “dick pic” scandal – is on the verge of collapse.

Federal contacts to the "consultancy" owned by ex-PwC CEO Luke Sayers have exploded two-and-a-half times since the PwC "ban".

Cate Sayers has quit as director from the charity she founded and ran with her husband, former long-time PwC Australia CEO Luke Sayers.
